Après Ski Yoga

Enhance your après-ski experience with yoga designed for recovery and relaxation. Join me for two unique classes: Après Ski Flow, a dynamic full-body vinyasa practice to stretch and strengthen, and Après Ski Stretch, a yin-inspired session focused on deep relaxation for the hips, legs, and lower back. Mats, blocks, and knee pads are provided. Take care of your body and make yoga the perfect addition to your après ski!
