Swell Retreat Registration

We understand that sometimes plans change. Because hosting a retreat requires us to make financial commitments well in advance, the following cancellation policy is in place to protect both you and the retreat.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. The remaining balance is due by the date specified at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your retreat reservation:

• More than 60 days before the retreat: Any payments made beyond your 50% deposit will be refunded in full. Your deposit remains non-refundable.
• 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% of any payments made beyond your deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be provided.

If you’re no longer able to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person, provided you let us know in advance and the new participant meets the retreat requirements. All transfers are subject to approval.

In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be cancelled by us, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and provide details regarding refunds for retreat payments. Please note that we cannot be responsible for additional travel expenses, including flights, transportation, or other costs incurred outside of the retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. This can help protect your investment should something unexpected prevent you from joining us.
