Join me for a 7-day yoga retreat from November 30th to December 7th, 2024 at the world-renowned Blue Spirit resort in Costa Rica!

Nestled in the heart of a vibrant Blue Zone, this retreat is more than just a getaway; it’s a journey towards recalibrating ourselves back to our natural state of being. Retreat, Reset & Recalibrate is designed to offer you space and time away from the hustle of daily life. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, learn valuable wellness practices, and return home not just refreshed, but transformed.

The daily yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed for all skill levels, featuring a 30-minute morning meditation to center and ground you, a 90-minute morning practice to invigorate and strengthen, and a 90-minute afternoon practice to integrate and restore, ensuring a balanced experience each day.

I am thrilled to be returning to one of the most special retreat centers I have ever experienced, and taking a group of yogis with me for this life-changing adventure!

Daily Sample Schedule

7:00 – 7:30 AM: Meditation
7:30 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00 – 10:00 AM: Break
10:00 – 11:30 AM: Dynamic Flow Yoga
12:00 – 1:30 PM: Lunch
1:30 – 4:00 PM: Free Time
4:00 – 5:30 PM: Integrative Yoga
6:00 – 7:30 PM: Dinner
Adjustments will be based on the groups additional activities.

These spacious rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan. They are located in the main building, reachable by stairs or elevator.

Mountain View with A/C

These rooms have a step-out balcony with a mountain view to take in the true jungle sound healing. It has a king-sized bed or two twins with a full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan. They are located in the main building, reachable by stairs or elevator.

Nature Suites with A/C

Beautifully designed natural wood structures located on a hillside amid the surrounding jungle and gardens, a short walk to the main building. Equipped with solar hot water, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite sleeps two people available with a king or two twin-size beds. View room details.

Hermitage King with A/C

Newly built and furnished with a contemporary design, these rooms provide privacy and elegance while being fully immersed in nature. Featuring a balcony overlooking the jungle, each suite provides a King bed to comfortably sleep two people, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. A short walk up a small hill to the main building.

Hermitage Room with A/C

These cute and cozy rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan. This room option can be booked with a queen-sized bed, providing privacy and elegance, or two twin beds, the perfect option if you are travelling with a friend. View room details.

Eco-Cottage

These beautiful natural wood structures are a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building and situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. Each houses two twin beds and a full yet compact ensuite bathroom with an ambient temperature shower. A mosquito net is available upon request. View room details.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% is due by September 30th, 2024.

Traveling to Blue Spirit

The retreat center is located on the Southern end of Guiones Beach in Nosara, on the Northern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. It is remote, yet easily accessible.
