- Reflective Journaling: Following the introduction, you’ll be guided through specific journal prompts designed to encourage deep reflection. This practice will allow you to explore how these principles show up in your thoughts, actions, and emotions.
- Mindful Exploration: We’ll then transition into a reflection meditation, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect more deeply with the week’s principle and its relevance both on and off the mat.
